Sphagnum Moss Planting Initiative

Took part in a conservation initiative reintroducing sphagnum moss to the Yorkshire moorlands as part of efforts to restore peatland habitats and fight climate change. Sphagnum austinii had been extinct in the Yorkshire region for hundreds of years due to industrial activity. This project aimed to bring it back to help capture carbon, improve water retention, and create habitats for rare wildlife including the curlew.

/What I'm Looking For
I'm looking for an internship or placement in the games industry where I can see how a real studio operates: the day to day of production, how teams communicate, and how projects go from an idea to something finished. I want to be useful from day one, not just sit and observe.
My background in fast-paced hospitality has given me a strong work ethic, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a reliable team attitude, all of which I think translate well into a studio environment.
